As for your logo, we are working hard to get all the requests sorted out, then made, for all the logos, favicons, and skins that have piled up. Yes, you are right, we need to find more artists and graphic designers willing to help around here. I'm sorry that you have to wait, but we currently have 215 requests to fulfill. Yours is at the end of the list right now because we are mostly sorting out the requests/making them from the bottom up (i.e. from the oldest to newest). I think this is the fairest way, so the wikis that have been waiting the longest finally can get their logos/skins.
