here's the wiki http://toriko.wikia.com/wiki/Toriko_Wiki; i dunno about the size, but i think a 250x65 is ok.
i want the logo to have "Toriko Wiki" as the name and put the "fork and knife" effects in it, "something somehow similar to those 2:
